In recent weeks I had the chance to try the Mathey-Tissot MT369 MT369 AMWG Exclusive and I have to say that I enjoyed wearing it. This watch came to me thanks to Vincent Ho who is the admin of the Asia Mechanical Watch Group on Facebook. The one that I received is now sold out but you can note (as it’s engraved on the caseback) that it was a special edition made for AMWG members. Pynchon Watches Debuts with the Negotium Collection

Several months ago, I found out about Pynchon Watches on Twitter. At this time I was quite impressed by the pictures posted, and even more because they wanted to start a new adventure with some really special watches. Today they make their debuts in the watch industry with the Negotium Collection. The company has started a Pre-Order campaign on www.pynchon.co.uk to fund the production of the collection but also to fund the next collections, which are really interesting. The watch is using the quartz movement 706B Ronda calibre. Sure yes, I’m not a fan of quartz watches but but this one is interesting because it offers a lot of functionalities. For those who follow me on the social networks you know the bad thing that happened to me some weeks ago. Someone stole a watch in a package that I received from EZA Watches for a review !! Yes I was soooo upset… The package was opened and unfortunately the watch was stolen. The thief left the case, but no more watch inside.This was a very disturbing situation for me as this was the first time in 11 years of activity in the watch industry that this happened to me.But this was just the start of this bad story. Indeed, some days after that, Adriaan (owner of the brand) decided to send me another sample of the 1972 for a review… But you know what ? The parcel never arrived…
